I had the pleasure to interview a woman named Chuyze who was the director of the California Regional Council on the Arts in Southern California. She told me, “The one thing that really helped me to overcome an extreme shyness was talking to people. I learned that the true definition of beauty is not something you see but something that you feel about yourself. When you are talking to other people, you are more vulnerable and less afraid. It also helped me to stop comparing myself to others.
Chuyze told me that she had become very good at speaking in front of crowds in an effort to break down the walls she had in her own world. She was so good at this that other people were very impressed with her, which encouraged her to keep working harder in her job.
I’m talking to you because you are one of the smartest, most talented women I know. You are my inspiration. I admire you so much.
I didn’t have to do too much to prove her to myself. She didn’t have to be the most beautiful woman in the world to impress her friends. That’s why she gave me a copy of her book, “I want you to become the best of the best,” with a photo of her at a gym in the middle of a workout.
Okay, so what is chuze’s workout regimen? She practices in the comfort of her kitchen and does cardio, strength training and her favorite thing, yoga. It’s not like anything else out there, which may be why she’s so good at it.
To become the best of the best, you must be willing to push yourself to your limits with the same intensity and dedication that you use to perform your favorite moves. When you want to push yourself beyond your limits, the best thing to do is to focus on one. The best way to do this is by giving yourself a goal. The best and most effective way to achieve that goal is to make sure you are taking care of your body.
Not only does it make your body look better, but it also improves your mental attitude. By taking care of your body, you will realize you can do anything you have ever imagined. Also, the more you do with your body in the gym, the more you’ll see how much it can do. The best workout that I’ve ever done is back in the early 80’s when we had one of those small training rings that went around the floor.
I have one of the best classes so far in my life, and I am convinced that I will be one of the best at the best college level in my life. At least I’ll be able to get into the gym.
So far its been a little slow but Ill be keeping my fingers crossed.
The best part of all is that there are a lot of other people doing it. So Ill be doing something about it.
