When I first started working at Frontier Marketing, I was hired to work on the sales team. It was a pretty grueling job. I had to meet with prospects from our local area, take their information to sales, and show them new products and services. The pressure was on to meet and exceed all the sales goals that I had set for myself.
The pressure is on because the sales team is growing. Because we’re in a new city, a new position has opened up, and a lot of our clients are new to the area, we are in need of more people to sell to.
I am not a very good salesperson. I can’t sell myself. But I do have one really cool skill that I have developed over the years. I can get other people to do my job for me. It isn’t something I have done often, but I can really get other people to do things for me, and it’s worked really well.
I can’t tell you how many times I’ve sold a house, apartment, or other real estate deal to a client who didn’t believe I could sell it, and then told them I could. That was a huge mistake. I have learned that selling real estate to a stranger is a great way to find yourself in a bind, but it’s not something I’d recommend for any other salesperson.
It is a skill that works in certain situations, but it is not something you can apply to everyone. The best way to find a buyer is to look at the current market and see how it compares with other neighborhoods in the area. If you can’t find a buyer without a great deal of effort and time and if its not possible to sell your house fast, then look for a property you can sell yourself.
You are right. I didn’t mean to imply that anyone who sells their house themselves is a bad person. Its just that you can’t just be like “yeah, I’m the only one who does that.” Not everyone has the time, money, or the ability to do it themselves.
Yes, and a lot of people who sell their homes themselves are a bit lazy. But most of them are not lazy. They are simply not motivated to do it. The most motivated people are the ones who are able to find a buyer for themselves. When you are motivated, you don’t need to be motivated to do the work.
To be a buyer, you have to be willing to put a lot of effort into it. It can be difficult, especially for first-time buyers who are not sure how to go about the process of selling their home that is, but once you have the tools and a plan, it will all seem relatively simple.
