I see more and more IT jobs going to tech companies that have no real training for people other than basic computer skills. They do it because they have the money and can afford to hire a bunch of inexperienced coders. Of course, there are a lot of IT jobs that are not that much different from what they would be if they had the basic skills.
This is why we need skilled IT people. Skills are just as important as training. But having the skills isn’t enough. You also need the skills to get the job done. The most important thing is that you have the right attitude to succeed at your job. That means you’re able to execute a plan without much problem. If you’re not sure, ask the right questions.

Most of the companies I work for have their own IT department. For example, I work with a company that has its own IT department. When I first started out, this was the most common place where I worked. It was a pretty typical office. You have a computer, you have to sign in, you have to go to the restroom, you have to take a break. This is the typical way to work at the company I work for.
