In this marketing internship, we will be working in a fast-paced office of a small organization on the east coast. There are a lot of great opportunities here, but the most important one is being able to contribute to the business.
Marketing internships are hard work. We’re not doing this on my own, as I’m not the only one who’ll be working on it. Our team of 20 includes the marketing intern, two of our sales interns, and 10 other interns in varying roles.
The internship is very collaborative. As the marketing intern will be working with the marketing manager, business manager, and the CEO. This will give us access to all the marketing channels.

To get a bit of a feel for what the internships look like, we sent a survey out to our intern and internship population. Some of the survey questions asked: “Would you be interested in an internship in Orange County?” with the response options “YES” or “NO.
Our interns have a wide variety of interests, but most are interested in marketing and sales. Our sales interns do most of the heavy lifting, while marketing interns are involved in all aspects of the campaign. It is very important to us to have as many interns as possible because we want you to be around for a long time, but most interns will graduate within a year or two.
It’s a little strange to see the name of our company in the survey. Like all of our internships, it’s just a name that we like. It’s the same philosophy that we use at our site, so it’s not like we are trying to be sneaky.
