I love to present, so I’m constantly trying to create content that is more fun, more relevant, and more informative than the usual, and that I hope will get out into the world. One of my favorite pieces of marketing mix is a presentation I did last year at the MSPD annual conference in San Diego. We had a great turnout, and I was able to get some great response from the crowd.
The idea of a marketing mix presentation is that you’re not just telling a group of people about a new product (or service) you’re introducing. Instead, you’re trying to give a group of different people something new, something that was never before available. Our product is a bit different from the rest of the marketing mix, but I think it’s a good example of a presentation that isn’t just a marketing thing.
The three marketing mix presentations I think are the most important. Thats the one I was most excited about. It isnt just a new product, it isnt just a new service, it isnt just a new advertising message. It is the presentation of a new experience. Marketing mix isnt just something you do to get people to buy stuff. It is something you do to add value to the purchase.
