Do you know the difference between the professional and the amateur? I don’t, but it’s the same for marketing, right? The goal of marketing is to get buyers to view your product or service, so what does that entail? You don’t want to make the sale, you want to sell the prospect. The difference between the professional and the amateur is the same with marketing. The professional can’t help but to make the sale.
So if you want to get buyers to view your product or service, you have to market it. The difference between the professional and the amateur is that the amateur takes the market more seriously than the professional because he wants to accomplish the objective of getting the sale. That means advertising is more important than the product.
It’s the same with marketing. You need to promote your product to the right prospects so that they find it. In the same way, you need to know your product or service so that you can sell it.
Selling a product or service is a very different thing from marketing. Selling a product or service is what you do with the information you have. Marketing is about sales. It is actually the process of selling something to a person through a channel. Like getting a person to buy something.
Sure. However, I think the difference lies in the two being different levels of awareness. Marketing is about creating a desire for something by putting it in the right place and time to interest a person or prospect. Selling is about selling something to a person or prospect. Selling is also about making that person or prospect aware of the value of what they have. I think that’s why marketing is so hard.
To sell something to a person through a channel, you have to get a person to take a chance on something they know nothing about. It takes a lot of work to get people to take an interest in something they may not understand. Marketing takes more time.
If you want to sell a house, you need to get a prospect to take the time to go through the process of researching what a house is for, finding out what a person thinks of the house, and then talking to them. This is where your marketing efforts should start. The best way to get the prospect to do this is to come up with some new ideas that they think will make the house much better.
This is the most difficult part of marketing because your prospects are going to be so confused. They are going to be thinking, “But I don’t know what I’m buying, so how do I know if it’s the right house?” Because of that you need to do a lot of research to make sure you can get them interested in the product that you are marketing.
As I said above, I don’t think that marketing can be done on the phone. You really need to come up with some new ideas that you think will make the house much better. If you are really smart you can come up with a good deal, a great deal, a really great deal, a good deal that will make the house much better.
As we all know, marketing is a difficult skill to master. I think we all know that. I think we all also know that I have a pretty good idea of what marketing is. If I have that idea, I can understand that not everyone has. I can understand why the majority of people think that marketing is hard and that it is an extremely expensive skill to master. I can also understand why a lot of people think that marketing is a bad thing.
