If you’re someone who has a hard time letting go of your daily self-consciousness, I would recommend this book to you. The author, Joe Thiess, explains his theory of how to overcome the self-consciousness that comes with being human, then explains how to “piggyback” your self-awareness online.
You can easily piggyback your self-awareness onto others without even realizing it. And if you’re someone who uses social media regularly, you can also use the platform to your advantage. It doesn’t matter who you’re piggybacking it on, as long as its beneficial to your brand.
A great example of a social media use case I just recently came across is the use of social media to piggyback your self-awareness onto the people youre following. I’m following a good friend on Facebook and he posted something I really enjoyed. He was also a good friend of mine from high school and I just copied his posts for my own posts.
But why do you need to piggyback your awareness onto another person? If you want to help a friend by spreading their awareness, you should be doing it yourself. So why would you want to copy them? Well, because you want to piggyback their awareness. By doing this, you’re able to spread their awareness to your network of other friends and followers.
Well, I personally think it’s all about the people that make the stuff happen, and if you’re the person that created the content, you should be actively creating awareness for them. Piggy-backing isn’t about the content, it’s about the people creating awareness for it.
Well done. This is exactly what I said above. Not only is your “brand awareness” spread through all of your social channels, but they’re also the ones that are the ones that will spread your brand to new followers.
The very question that started this video.
The question that is the most important question in marketing. People don’t ask how you are going to do it and how you are going to get more people to know about you. They ask how you are going to do it. How are you going to get more people to know about you. How are you going to make them aware that you exist? How are you going to get more people to do what you do? How are you going to do it better? It’s really that simple.
You know what I love? I love the idea of not even having to think about it. The idea that if I make a new post on my website and it’s like 5,000 views and I post some content on my blog I have already made myself well known to the world. If I make a new video and it gets over 1,000 views I can be like a YouTube personality with millions of views.
If you make a YouTube video, you have to make a video, or you have to make a video that contains something about your subject. If you make a post and it gets over 100 views, it’s like you’re a brand and you can make a video about your product. If you make a blog post and it gets over 500 views, it means you’re a blogger.
