The Pittsburgh Tech Council is a great place to work, but there isn’t a job listed for a tech council position. Most people I’ve talked to about tech council jobs seem to just be “if you have great technical skills, come to Pittsburgh Tech Council”. Tech council jobs are often the job that people with a certain “lack of technical skill” take when they are first getting into their careers.

I like to think that the Pittsburgh Tech Council is a great place to work, but I do see a few things wrong with this job listing. First of all, the Pittsburgh Tech Council is a great resource for anyone who wants to work in the technology industry and support local tech development efforts. I love to support local tech development, but we cant get a job from here. Second, it appears that they are hiring for only positions in the technology industry.
I’m not sure if the hiring itself is because they are not hiring for the technology industry, but if you have a skill that is important to our local industry, this is probably a bad job for you. I know I have a lot more important skills than a tech job.
The Pittsburgh Technology Council is a non-profit organization that helps to set the stage for tech companies to come to the city. They are looking for entry-level developers, designers, and testers to help drive the tech industry to Pittsburgh. So far the only jobs I have heard about so far are in the technology industry. They seem to be looking for someone who is willing to work on some of the projects they fund.
They’re in need of people who are willing to work on a bunch of projects they fund. And they’re in need of someone with a tech background.
I’m currently unemployed. I’m also a software developer. And I have a tech background from my days as a developer. The only skill I have that I can’t use right now is my knowledge of coding. I’m very interested in the jobs that Pittsburgh has to offer, and I want to learn everything I can about the tech industry. I want to help build some of these companies that are coming to town, to build a better Pittsburgh.
Pittsburgh is in need of more software developers. So they have to hire more developers. Which means they need to hire more people with tech skills. That in turn means more jobs for tech professionals. In fact, I could probably do a lot better with my skills than I did with the Pittsburgh tech jobs I was awarded.
