Design an image for the first time, then a concept (it’s what we call an idea), then a design, then a marketing message.
Marketing is all about image. This includes the first time that you actually see a product, the concept that you have in your head, and the brand’s message. The more you can work together to develop these things the better. The “idea” is the brain that generates the design. The design is what you think you will look like. The marketing message is the brain that you have when you actually see a product. That brain is also often referred to as an advertisement.
The marketing message is the brain that your design is based on. We have already seen that it’s not always a good idea to be a bit too concerned with the style of a brand you’ve designed. The way a company communicates through their packaging, websites, and other marketing means must be consistent with that brand’s personality. For example, if you’re a brand that makes things, you may want to make your products look like a brand.
People are often very familiar with the “right” way to do something, and they don’t want to change the way something else is done. This is why there are so many books out on design and architecture books and how to create things that are “right.” But it’s the wrong way to do things.
The fact is that we are always doing what we want to do. You cant change the way we are or the way we have done things, but we can change the way we are doing things. You may want to do things differently, but in the end, your product as designed will still be the same.
The problem is that most people today aren’t that good at creating things. They use marketing tactics (if they are creating things) that don’t work because they aren’t the right people. That’s why you don’t see a lot of really good products and services that are designed by good designers.

Marketing tactics can be defined as anything that can be achieved through public relations activities like advertising, sales promotions, PR, public relations, press releases, and so on. The point is that if its not a marketing tactic, at least if its not a marketing tactic that is designed to help a company achieve a goal, it is not a marketing tactic.
