I have a book about a girl who has been cursed with wings of fire, and it was really fun. I also read it as a series, so I got a kick out of the different perspectives. I can say that the series was a lot of fun to read, and it definitely had some twists and turns.
The story takes place a few years after the first book, which I think is a bit of a spoiler, so if you haven’t read it yet, definitely go read it and then come back and read this review.
The book itself is a bit different, in that there seems to be a change in the curse and the girl’s powers, but it doesn’t change the fact that the girl is still cursed with wings of fire. The curse is still the same, but it’s still fun to see how she handles the situation.
Oh my goodness, it’s got wings of fire. Who knew? I mean, I kind of figured that maybe the curse would be different. I mean, I know that the book wasnt supposed to be canon, but I was expecting some changes, I just didn’t expect her to have wings of fire. That’s a big deal, though. I mean, she used to be the perfect girl and now she’s got wings of fire. She’s pretty badass.
I mean, yes, that is a huge deal. And yes, I kind of expected that. I mean, it was only the second book, but I think she was kind of being a little too careful to not lose the curse. It was a little too easy to predict that she would get the wings, and that it would be her fate to kill a lot of people. She wasnt trying to be a badass. She was trying to be a good girl.
I know it’s not much of a spoiler, but there is a bit of a spoiler if you’re reading this review from a first-time reader. The wings are from the first book, and they are actually pretty awesome. The problem is that the story is based on a true story where the main character was abused and abused for a long, long time. Now, I’m not saying that the book is the best part of the story.
In short, wings of fire is a tale about a character who was an abused child. As such, there are two things I will say about the book. First, it is absolutely horrible in a bad way. This is not the only book I have read where the main character was abused, but I feel that Wings of Fire was the worst experience of my life. I don’t know what I would have done if I had not been forced to read it.
The worst part of this book for me was the fact that the author, John Scalzi, had to write about this. I don’t think that it is his fault though. I have a friend who has been abused for a long time, and had to write about it. The point is that it is not something that should be written about.
I had a friend who used to be abused for years, and I was told that he was writing a book about his experience. I was like, “What? Why would you write a book about it?”. And he said, “I’m not good at it.” I was like, “Well, I think you need to be,” and I told him that I think you need to write it.
A lot of people say that their abusive childhood experiences are more important than their own lives, but I think that the things that you remember are those things that you would have told your abuser to stop doing, not things that are done to you because you’re a bad person. I think you need to be told this. I think that you need to know how to be a better person.
